Would you like to learn how to boost the well-being of yourself and your family, save money on your food shopping and make delicious food at the same time?

If so, join Nureen from Feed Me Good for three food and nutrition workshops this May. All completely free!

Wednesday 4 May – Foods good for immunity – healthy breakfast and dinner prep

Wednesday 11 May – Think ingredients – tasty leftovers

Wednesday 18 May – Celebrating colours of food – Latin American and South-east Asian cuisine

You can attend one or two of these sessions or you are welcome to join us for all three!

All sessions will take place between 9.30am and 1pm and will be held at St John’s Centre on Larcom Street.
