If so, please join us for the Walworth Community Capacity Building Programme, delivered by social enterprise, Red Ochre.
Session One will take place in-person on Thursday 5 May, between 2pm and 5pm at the Notting Hill Genesis Aylesbury office (The Old Pharmacy, 2nd Floor Taplow, Thurlow Street SE17 2UQ).
In this workshop, we will introduce the programme, get to know each other, diagnose strengths and weaknesses of your organisations and develop a plan of action with you.
Session Two will focus on strategy. It will take place on Thursday 12 May, between 2pm and 5pm.
Strategy and strategic planning are key to a successful delivery of your outcomes. A strategic plan will also help you develop your team and increase stakeholder engagement. The benefits of using a structured and practical planning process will have an immediate impact on your organisation.
These sessions are the first in a series of workshops to be delivered by Red Ochre between May and July. They will focus on business planning, fundraising and income generation, marketing and social media, sustainability and other related topics. Individuals and organisations are welcome to join the sessions on a one-off basis or to attend the programme in full.
