Consultation Event
Come along and see the updated plans for Phase 2B, the next stage of the Aylesbury Estate regeneration. We believe these amendments provide even greater benefits for the Aylesbury Estate and hope that you will agree.
In response to the new building safety regulations that that arose from the tragic event at Grenfell Tower in 2017, Notting Hill Genesis has worked with our design team of architects and technical consultants to update aspects of the Phase 2B plans. These include increasing the numbers of stairwells and other building and fire safety enhancements in the new blocks. Through this process, we have also achieved an increase in the number of social rented homes, with a net increase in affordable homes for Aylesbury residents in the new plans.
In June, we will be holding a series of consultation events for residents to view the plans, ask questions and find out more about what is being proposed for Phase 2B. Please drop into one of our events to see the plans and speak to the team. Refreshments will be provided.

The team will also be attending various community events and tenant and resident association meetings throughout the month to present the proposed plans, provide an update on the planning process, and answer questions, so please look out for us and share your thoughts.
