Did you grow up on Aylesbury or did you move in when it was built? If so, you may like to take part in a new project called Home is where the heart is.

The project is being run by local artists Harriet Hill and Hannah Cushion. Harriet explains: "We are seeking Aylesbury residents young and not so young to join us in a project exchanging experiences of living on the estate through a series of postcards. Each week for six weeks, you will receive a package in the post with a question. All you need to do is record your response and send it on. We will be exploring how life has changed and what has stayed the same and you will also get to ask questions about the experiences of others."

The project starts shortly and is funded by a grant from Notting Hill Genesis’ Community Foundation. The work is going to be published in a book later in 2021 which will form a lasting document of experiences through the lifetime of the Aylesbury.

Email Hannah Cushion and Harriet Hill at hannah@ourcube.co.uk by January 30th if you are interested in taking part.
