I am the Social & Economic Investment Programme Manager on the Aylesbury Estate focusing on Employment & Training support for the residents of Southwark. I have worked in the community development sector for many years and have always had a passion for helping people achieve their goals and unlocking their potential. I know from experience that people have individual needs and requirements, and this kind of support is not a one size fits all. The journey to finding a job is different for everyone for many reasons, and this is why I believe in being open and adaptable to people’s circumstances and situations to gradually help them find a job that suits them best.
