The next round of Community Grant funding is open, giving Aylesbury groups the chance to bid for £500 or £1,500 from Notting Hill Housing.

Applications are being accepted until the end of the month. Groups or individuals who wish to apply must be able to show that at least 75 per cent of those benefiting from the funding are from the Aylesbury Estate.

There have been five rounds of grants so far, providing valuable funding for dozens of projects.

Meghan Doyle, Head of Community Investment for Notting Hill Housing, said: “Our grant funding continues to support local groups to run projects and activities to benefit Aylesbury residents and we are thrilled at the impact it is having.

"The first five rounds have supported a wide array of different groups and have included projects related to the arts, gardening, sports and much more, for people of all ages.

"For this sixth round, we are once again open to applications from a broad range of groups, but would also like to invite applications from individuals who want to develop an idea or are interested in delivering activities. This summer the Aylesbury Community Grant helped support four local providers to deliver activities on the Aylesbury estate.

The closing date for applications is Tuesday 31 October at 5pm. Visit our New Opportunities page and choose ‘Community Grants Programme – 6th round’ for more information or to download the application forms and guidance notes.
