You might be right for one of our Construction Training Initiative Apprenticeships.
We are looking to recruit dedicated individuals who want to take part in our exciting new Apprenticeship programme. As long as you are 18 years or over, have completed (or are within three months of completing) the first year of a relevant registered course for your chosen trade, and live in Southwark we would love to hear from you.
We are offering two apprenticeships in Carpentry and one in Bricklaying which will be based on our various development sites throughout London.
Working alongside our specialist staff and contractors on site, you’ll gain a range of experiences which will help you achieve your qualification. At the same time, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package consisting of 21 days holiday (plus bank holidays), a salary based on 25% higher than the national apprentice wage for your age, all of your PPE and tools as well as a range of Notting Hill Housing benefits.
Your starting salary will depend on your age, with incremental increases as your apprenticeship progresses. These increases are outlined below:
